Returns

Return, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • All returns and exchanges must be approved before returning.
  • An authorization number is needed for the approved returns or exchanges.
  • All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Amount credited will be the original cost of the products only, not original shipping cost, less the restocking fee.
  • All returned items are to be in its original package and condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost back to our facility.
  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery” must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery, with valid images/video evidence of damage, to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 48 hours receipt will not be accepted.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations for orders on hold for less than 2 weeks will receive a 100% refund.
  • Orders on hold for 2 weeks or longer will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee on the order total once cancelled.
  • Orders already shipped CANNOT be cancelled. 
  • Custom orders CANNOT be returned or cancelled for any reason

Orders on Hold

  • Orders with a 50% deposit or more can delay shipping for up to 90 days, after 90 days the full payment will be needed to continue holding.
